How We Review Your Application

Once we receive your application, we work quickly to review it instantly! However, sometimes we might need a little extra time if we require more information or if we need to verify your details depending on the state you're in.

Possible Reasons for a Delay

There are a few things that might cause a delay in processing your application. Here’s what to keep an eye on:

  • Missing or Incorrect Information: If your name, date of birth, address, or SSN doesn’t match up, it can cause a holdup.

  • Unclear ID Photos: Make sure the photo of your ID is clear and easy to read.

  • Proof of Residency Issues: Your proof of residency document needs to be recent (within the last 30 days).

  • Income Documentation Problems: We need at least 4 weeks of income. Ohio residents, please refer to our specific income verification guidelines.

  • Bank Connection Issues: Your bank account should be connected properly. Double-check your bank details to make sure everything is in order.

  • Unsupported Banks: If your bank isn’t supported, don’t worry—just refer to our guidelines to find out what to do next.

How We'll Notify You

Once we’ve processed your application, you’ll hear from us right away:

  • Good News – You’re Approved! If your application is approved, you’ll receive a notification in the app. Be sure to review and accept the loan offer within 3 days, or it will expire.

  • Denied – Here’s Why: If, unfortunately, your application is denied, we’ll send you an email with an explanation. You can also reapply within 72 hours.

A Friendly Reminder: Expiration Dates

If we need additional information, make sure to send it in within 3 days. Otherwise, your application will expire. But no worries—you can always submit a new application whenever you're ready!
