The time it takes for your money to arrive depends on the deposit method you selected when accepting your loan.
Deposit methods and arrival times
- ACH (automatic bank deposit) Arrives in 1–2 business days, not including Saturdays, Sundays, or bank holidays.
- Debit card Often arrives within an hour, but may take up to 24 hours.
- Check Arrives by mail in approximately 7 business days.
How to know if your ACH deposit will take 1 or 2 business days
It depends on when you accepted your loan:
- Before 2PM PST — your money arrives the next business day
- After 2PM PST — your money arrives in 2 business days
A few examples:
- Accepted Thursday night or Friday → arrives Monday
- Accepted over the weekend → arrives Tuesday
Want your money faster? Add your debit card.
If you have a compatible debit card associated with your primary account and haven't already selected ACH, you can switch to debit card deposit to receive your money within an hour — any day, any time.
To do this, select the option to add your debit card in the app.
A few things to note:
- Occasional delays can push arrival time up to 24 hours
- Some debit cards aren't compatible at this time
- For the deposit of funds, the debit card must be associated with the account you applied with.
- If you run into an error adding your debit card, you'll need to use ACH instead
Things to keep in mind
- While you’re welcome to add a different account for payments, funds can only be deposited to the account you applied with or a debit card associated with the account.
- An error in your bank account or routing number could delay your money—double-check the last 4 digits of your bank account number under the Profile tab in the app
- Occasionally, there may be a delay sending funds to your bank. When this happens, our team automatically works to resolve it and will reach out if any action is needed on your end.
