How do I update my email address?
There are two ways to update your email address in the app, depending on whether you have completed the account creation and email verification process.
The first method involves updating your email address during the email verification process when creating your account. If you have already verified the email address used during account creation, this method will not work.
To update your email address during verification, tap the "Edit email address" button on the email verification screen before verifying the email address used during signup. You will then receive a new verification email for your updated email address. Please verify your updated email address before proceeding with your application.
The second method is to go to your Possible App's "Profile" page. Tap the pencil icon next to your email address to access the screen for updating your account's email address. Once it has been updated, you will need to verify your new email address.

How do I change my address?
To update your address in the app:
1. Go to the “Profile” page in your Possible App.
2. Tap on the blue pencil icon next to “Address”.
3. A window will appear for you to edit your address. When you are done, tap “Update My Address”. This should return you to your profile, with the address updated.
4. If an error occurs while updating your address, a window should appear prompting you to either “Try again” or “Contact Us” in order to get an agent to help update your address.
If you run into any issues or are unable to update your address in app, please reach out to us and we will be happy to help update your address for you.
How do I update the other personal information on my account?
If you have any of the following questions, please reach out to our customer success team using the Contact Us form in the app:
- How do I change my phone number?

- How do I change my name?
To ensure security of your account, we'll need to verify your identity before changing or releasing any information associated with your account. If you are wanting to change your personal information, you may be asked to provide additional documentation that reflects your requested change.
How Do I Delete/Deactivate My Account?
No longer want or need your Possible account? Reach out to our customer support team using the Contact us form in the app.
Please note: In some situations, we are unable to comply with deletion requests because federal laws, including but not limited to the Bank Secrecy Act and Equal Credit Opportunity Act, require that we retain information about our applicants and customers. Deletion requests are also covered by the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act, which authorizes and regulates the collection of personal information by financial services providers.

Before requesting to delete or deactivate your account, there are a couple of things you should know:
- We consider payment history when reviewing loan applications. Keep in mind that deleting your account means we won't have access to your payment history for future loan applications.
- If you want to apply for a loan again in the future, you will need to create a new account.

How do I unsubscribe from emails?
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails anytime by clicking “Unsubscribe” at the bottom of any marketing messages. Just a heads-up: it may take 1–2 business days for the change to take effect.
Please note that unsubscribing from marketing emails won’t stop transactional messages like payment receipts, loan agreements, or payment reminders as we’re legally required to send those to keep you informed about your account.
