How do I update my email address?
There are two ways to update your email address in the app, depending on whether you have completed the account creation and email verification process.
The first method involves updating your email address during the email verification process when creating your account. If you have already verified the email address used during account creation, this method will not work.
To update your email address during verification, tap the "Edit email address" button on the email verification screen before verifying the email address used during signup. You will then receive a new verification email for your updated email address. Please verify your updated email address before proceeding with your application.
The second method is to go to your Possible App's "Profile" page. Tap the pencil icon next to your email address to access the screen for updating your account's email address. Once it has been updated, you will need to verify your new email address.

How do I update the other personal information on my account?
If you have any of the following questions, please reach out to our customer success team using the Contact Us form in the app:
- How do I change my address?
- How do I change my phone number?
- How do I change my date of birth?
- How do I change my name?
To ensure security of your account, we'll need to verify your identity before changing or releasing any information associated with your account. If you are wanting to change your personal information, you may be asked to provide additional documentation that reflects your requested change.
How Do I Delete/Deactivate My Account?
No longer want or need your Possible account? We can help.
If all of your loans with us are paid off, or you have never had a loan, please reach out using the Contact Us form in the app. We can help to delete your account.
If you still have payments to make on your loan with us, we are not able to delete or deactivate your account until your loan is paid off. After you have paid off your loan, you can reach out at anytime using the Contact Us form in the app to request that your account be deleted.
Before we delete or deactivate your account there are a couple of things you should know:
- We consider payment history when reviewing loan applications. Keep in mind that deleting your account means we won't have access to your payment history for future loan applications.
- If you want to apply for a loan again in the future, you will need to create a new account.
