1. What is the Plus plan?
The Plus plan is a monthly subscription that gives you access to a personal installment loan and credit-building tools in one place.
It's designed for people working toward better financial health—borrow when you need it and build credit over time. The Plus plan is an alternative to payday loans with transparent, flat-rate pricing and no hidden fees.
2. What's included in my Plus plan?
The Plus plan includes:
- Bill & rent reporting — Report eligible rent, utility and telecom payments to build credit history. Includes up to 24 months of past payment lookback. Learn more about Bill & Rent Reporting.
- Access to personal installment loans up to $500 — Apply for a loan with no FICO check required. Repay in installments on a schedule that works for you, with the option to reschedule payments up to 29 days—no credit impact, no late fees and no penalty fees.
- Automatic credit reporting — Loan payments are reported to the credit bureaus automatically. On-time payments help build your credit history. No extra steps required. Learn more about credit reporting.
- Possible Coach — Get spending insights and financial answers based on your actual transaction data, available anytime in the Possible app.
3. How much does the Plus plan cost?
The Plus plan costs $14.99 per month. This gives you access to all Plus plan benefits: installment loans, automatic credit reporting, bill & rent reporting and Possible Coach.
Standard vs. instant disbursement
When you access a loan through the Plus plan, you can choose how to receive your funds:
- Standard (ACH): Free. Funds typically arrive in 1–2 business days.
- Instant transfer: An instant transfer fee applies. The fee varies depending on the size of your loan—you'll always see the exact amount before accepting.
Starting your paid plan
When you sign up for the Plus plan, you'll start with a free 7-day trial. Your paid membership begins when you accept a loan, start bill reporting, or after seven days—whichever comes first. Once your paid plan begins, your first membership fee will be charged on your last payday of that month.
4. Where is the Plus plan available?
The Plus plan is currently available for new customers in Oklahoma and Mississippi.
We're working on expanding availability to additional states. Check back for updates or download the Possible app to see what's available in your area.
Note for existing customers in Oklahoma and Mississippi: If you became a Possible customer before the Plus plan launched in your state, you'll continue to be offered the Possible Loan. The Plus plan is available to new customers only.
5. How do I sign up for the Plus plan?
Getting started is simple:
- Download the Possible app (available on iOS and Android).
- Create your account, enter your information and link your bank account.
- Start your Plus plan to begin your free trial.
- Explore your Plus plan benefits—apply for a loan, set up bill & rent reporting or try out Possible Coach for personalized financial insights.
After your trial, your $14.99 monthly Plus plan fee begins automatically.
6. How does the free trial work?
When you sign up for the Plus plan, you'll start with a free trial so you can explore your benefits before your paid membership begins. Your trial lasts up to seven days—or less if you're ready to get started sooner.
Your paid Plus plan begins when:
- You accept a loan — Applying for and accepting a loan during your trial ends the trial and starts your paid membership.
- You start bill reporting — Beginning to report a bill payment during your trial ends the trial and starts your paid membership.
- Seven days pass — If you don't take either action, your trial runs the full seven days and your paid membership begins automatically after that.
Once your paid plan begins, your first membership fee will be charged on your last payday of that month.
7. When is my Plus plan fee charged?
Your Plus plan fee is charged on your last detected payday of each month. If that date falls on a weekend or bank holiday, the charge may shift to a nearby business day.
For example: if your paydays are the 15th and 30th of each month, your Plus plan fee will be charged on the 30th.
A few things to know:
- Your Plus plan fee cannot be rescheduled.
- Each charge covers the previous billing period.
- Your Plus plan fee is charged to your linked primary bank account.
8. What is Possible Coach?
The Plus plan includes access to Possible Coach, an AI-powered financial assistant built into the Possible app—at no extra cost.
Coach provides spending insights and financial answers based on your actual transaction data. You can use it to:
- See where your money is going and find ways to save
- Ask financial questions and get answers specific to your finances
- Spot spending patterns and compare month to month
9. How does credit building work?
The Plus plan gives you two ways to build credit history.
Loan payment reporting
Loan payments are automatically reported to TransUnion and Experian. On-time payments help build your credit history—there's nothing extra to set up.
Bill & rent reporting
The Plus plan includes bill & rent reporting at no additional cost. Report eligible rent, utility and telecom payments to TransUnion, including up to 24 months of past payment history.

10. How do loans accessed through the Plus plan work?
As a Plus plan member, you can apply for personal installment loans up to $500. Here's how it works:
- No FICO check required — Your application won't impact your FICO score.
- 35.99% APR — All Plus plan loans have a guaranteed rate of 35.99%. You'll see your exact finance charge before accepting.
- Funding speed — Funds are available in seconds with instant transfer (a fee applies depending on your loan size—you'll see the exact amount before accepting), or in 1–2 business days via free standard ACH.
- Repaid in four installments — Your loan is repaid in four equal installments.
- Flexible rescheduling — Reschedule payment dates up to 29 days from the original due date with no credit impact.
- No late fees or penalty fees — Rescheduling a payment won't result in additional fees.
Loan payments are reported to TransUnion and Experian. On-time payments help build your credit history.
11. Do I need to take out a loan to use the Plus plan?
No. A loan is one of your Plus plan benefits, not a requirement. You can use bill & rent reporting and Possible Coach without ever borrowing.
12. How do I cancel my Plus plan?
You can cancel directly in the Possible app:
- Open the Possible app.
- Tap the menu.
- Select Your Plan.
- Tap Cancel under Manage Plan.
When you cancel:
- Your Plus plan benefits remain active through the end of your current billing cycle.
- Bill & rent reporting stops at the end of the billing cycle in which you cancel.
- Any outstanding loan balance still needs to be repaid according to your existing payment schedule.
If you decide to come back, you can re-enroll at any time from your app dashboard.
