Hurricane and Disaster Relief

Our hearts are with those affected by the recent series of hurricanes and other natural disasters.

 

If you've been impacted by the recent hurricanes or other natural disasters, and you have a Possible Loan, you may qualify for extra time to pay through our Relief Plan. We'll support you with additional time to pay on top of your Possible Loan grace period.

Our Customer Support team is here to work with you — so you can focus on what matters most. Log in to your Possible app and contact us to enroll.

While you are waiting to hear back from our Customer Support team, there are a few quick things that might be helpful in the meantime: 

  • For quicker resolution when reaching out to customer support, please provide all necessary information for our teams to locate your account and verify your identity such as the last four of your SSN and your date of birth
  • If you have upcoming payments that you are unable to make right now, we recommend making immediate adjustments in the app while waiting for our support team to get back to you
  • If you are not able to make adjustments to your payment dates in the app, we can assist you with pushing your payments back to a more comfortable date; we can also check to see if you are eligible for our relief plan
  • If you're in need of immediate access to money, and you do not have an active loan, please go to the Possible app to see if you are eligible to apply for a loan
  • If you currently have an active loan with us, you will need to pay that off in order to apply for another, but we understand that’s not as easy right now
