How do I update my email address?
There are two ways that you can update your email address within the app, depending on whether or not you have completed the account creation and email verification process;
The first is during the email verification process while you are creating your account. If you have already verified the email address you used during account creation, you will not be able to use this method to update your email address.
Before verifying the email address that you used during the signup process, tap the "Edit email address" button on the email verification screen to update your email address. You will receive a new verification email for your updated email address, please verify your updated email address before proceeding with your application.
The second method is to go to the "Profile" page in your Possible App.
Tap the pencil icon next to your email address and you will be taken to a screen where you can update the email address on your account. You will be asked to verify your new email address once it has been updated.

How do I update the other information on my account?
If you'd like to update any of the following, please reach out to our customer success team using the Contact Us form in the app:
- Physical or mailing address
- Phone number
- Date of birth
For your security, we'll need to verify your identity before changing or releasing any information associated with your account. If you are wanting to change your name, you may be asked to provide an updated photo of your ID that reflects your name change.
