I Want to Change My Password/I Forgot My Login

To retrieve your login information, please follow these easy steps:

  1. Open the Possible app.
  2. Tap on either Forgot email or Forgot password.
  3. You will be prompted to enter the phone number associated with your Possible account. If you forgot your email, a hint will be sent to you via text. If you forgot your password, a verification code will be sent to you, via text, that we will need you to enter before resetting your password.

If you did not forget your login information and would still like to update your password you can follow these steps:

  1. From the customer menu, tap the waffle icon in the upper left then tap Profile.
  2. Tap the pencil icon next to your password. This will bring you to a page where you will be able to select a new password after entering your current password.
  3. Once your password has been updated, you will be notified by email and SMS that the change has been made.
