  • In-app Communication: Straightforward and easy to use, navigate to the 'contact us' button in the app, and you'll be able to submit a support request to our team.
  • Help Center Contact Us Form: If getting in touch on the computer is more your style, you can head on over to the 'Submit a Request' button in the upper right-hand corner of our help center or follow this link.
  • Complaints Line: This phone number, +1 (844) 849-7207, is a monitored voicemail inbox and should be used strictly for formal complaints. It will not connect you to a live agent. If you're looking for general support, or need immediate assistance, please reach out by using one of the above two channels where you can request a callback in regards to your support inquiry. If you choose to leave a message, please expect to receive a call back from us within 1-2 business days.

We aim to respond to all requests within 1-2 business days, so please keep an eye on your email where you will receive any and all updates on your request. If you are not seeing a response in this timeframe, we recommend checking your spam folder as sometimes email services will misclassify our responses.
