We’re upgrading our account management system!

Instead of using your Google, Facebook, or Microsoft account to log in, you’ll now be using your email address and a password specific to Possible to create and log into your account with us. Don't worry, making the switch shouldn't take much time! All you have to do is follow the steps below and you'll be good to go.

Note: If you are not a returning customer you will want to read this article about account setup.

If you were already logged into your Possible account when this change was made, you will be prompted to choose a password. Select Create password and follow the prompt on the following page. If you weren't logged into the app at the time of the change, read on for the steps you'll need to take.

If you were not logged into your Possible account when this change was made, you will be asked to verify your email address and create a new password the next time you log in. On the login page, you will see a notice explaining that we have made these changes. To continue with logging in, select the Create password button (as shown below) to start getting your account details updated.

After selecting Create Password, you will be brought to a page that asks you to create your password. You will want to enter the phone number you used to create your account with Possible here. A verification code will then be sent to that phone number. Once you submit the verification code you received, you will be able to create your password.

Once you have completed the process of setting a new password, you can continue using the Possible app by logging in with your new login details. If you run into any difficulties in updating your account information, please do not hesitate to reach out. Our customer success team is happy to help!
