Why can’t I update my payment date?

If your payment has already initiated, or is processing, it unfortunately cannot be changed or cancelled at this time.

Payments made directly from your checking or savings account initiate 1 business day in advance of your scheduled payment date.

If your payment has not yet been initiated, and you are beyond the initial 29-day grace period, you will need assistance from our customer success team in order to update your payment date. Please reach out to our customer success team using the Contact Us form, and be aware that late payments may reflect negatively on your credit report.
