Need help updating your password?
Great, you're in the right place! Luckily, this is something you can do yourself after you've logged into the app (if you forgot your password, please read this article). Just follow these easy steps:
1. First, select the menu icon in the top left corner of your home screen to open the customer menu.
2. From the customer menu, select “Profile”. You will then want to select the pencil next to your password. This will bring you to a page where you will be able to select a new password after entering your current password.
3. Once your password has been updated, you will be notified by email and SMS that the change has been made.
