At this time we can only send/receive money from traditional checking or savings accounts*.
Unfortunately, our current payment partner is unable to work with prepaid debit cards, credit cards, or PayPal accounts.
If you have a different account that receives income deposits or a compatible account you can move your deposits to, please use it to apply!
We are currently unable to support some of the following accounts**:
- Chime Bank
- Simple Bank
- Chase Liquid
- Netspend/Walmart prepaid
- Frost Bank (we are currently investigating if the discontinued support of Frost is a permanent decision of our payment partner)
Unfortunately, if you can’t find your bank on the list we'll be unable to support you at this time.
We apologize for the disappointment and are working hard to bring on new partners so we can be more inclusive!
*We work with 9,000+ banking institutions across the country, however, there are some banks/credit unions we can't successfully connect with. Some of these banks are listed in the app but we still aren't able to support them. We wish we could support everyone and are doing our best to eliminate these issues in the future!
